  1. Notes Regarding this Program

  3. Time Keeper is a "shareware" program and is provided on a  "try before you
  4. buy" basis. This means you can use the software for a trial period before
  5. you make your decision to buy it to see if it suits your needs.
  6. If you continue to use this program, you are expected to register.
  7.  
  8. Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software,
  9. and the copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific
  10. exceptions as stated below.

  13. The Shareware system makes finding software that suits your needs easier, 
  14. because you can try before you buy.
  15. And because the overhead is low, prices are low also. Shareware
  16. has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you don't use the

  26. quential, which may result from the use of Time Keeper."

  28. Time Keeper is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  29. to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  30. friends and associates, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  31. another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  32. provide personal computer users with quality software without
  33. high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  34. continue to develop new products.

  36. If you find this program useful and continue to use
  37. Time Keeper after a reasonable trial period (30 days), you must make a
  38. registration payment of $50.00 in US Dollars.

  42. Registering the program will enable you to 90 day no charge support,
  43. plus the latest version of the program with updated documentation.

  45. The $50.00 registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  46. computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  47. a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any
  48. number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  49. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  50. being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  51. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  52. same time.

  54. Commercial users of Time Keeper must register and pay for their
  55. copies of Time Keeper within 30 days of first use or their license
  56. is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by con-
  57. tacting Custom Computer Solutions.

  59. Anyone distributing Time Keeper for any kind of remuneration must
  60. first contact Custom Computer Solutions at the address below for authorization.
  61. This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors
  62. recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for
  63. shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering
  64. Time Keeper immediately.
  65. (However Custom Computer Solutions must still be advised so that the distributor 
  66. can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of Time Keeper).

  68. You are encouraged to pass a copy of Time Keeper along to your
  69. friends and associates for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their
  70. copy if they find that they can use it.  All registered users
  71. will receive a copy of the latest version of the Time Keeper program.
